Mine Equipment Supply Company
Customers need a real-time quoting system to present project scope estimates to their prospects. The project involves a combination of parts and labor, requiring a structured proposal that accommodates multiple currencies.
Five international companies must operate within a single-tenant environment, where customizations are shared across all entities. These companies are managed through Business Units, with each unit fully integrated into Business Central.
A unique challenge in this project is the integration of the USA-based Business Unit with three independent USA companies, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

ICE Distribution Company
One of the largest ice distribution companies in Canada has implemented Dynamics 365 Business Central. A key challenge they face is managing database size due to the high volume of emails containing large PDF attachments.
Another critical requirement is the ability to access and use the system offline. To address these challenges, they implemented a solution using Power Apps, seamlessly integrating it with Dynamics 365 Sales.

Food Distribution Company
A food distribution company specializing in Asian food products serves customers across the United States. They operate both their own transportation fleets and subcontract additional fleets for deliveries. The company manages three warehouses and utilizes a voice-guided system for merchandise picking.
A custom-designed pick sequence enables unique palletization of products, optimizing warehouse efficiency. Additionally, their transportation management system is designed to handle both local and out-of-state deliveries by integrating with a third-party bidding platform. The system also forecasts expected inventory levels and automates procurement processes, ensuring seamless operations.

Food Manufacturing Company
This company requires the implementation of process manufacturing to streamline operations. The system integrates with manufacturing facilities to monitor machine runtime, labor input, and ingredient usage, ensuring efficient production.
All products are tracked by lot, and the warehouse picking process is designed to prioritize inventory with the earliest expiration dates, optimizing stock rotation and reducing waste.

Custom Award Manufacturing Company
Customers place orders through the Shopify e-commerce platform, where custom awards are designed based on their specific requirements. The system is tightly integrated with Dynamics Sales, Shopify, Trello, ShipStation, and the AvaTax Engine, ensuring a seamless workflow.
From order placement to fulfillment, the process is fully streamlined—customer files are stored in SharePoint, Trello boards are created to help designers manage projects, and shipments are coordinated through ShipStation to ensure timely delivery.

Custom Print & Merchandise Manufacturing Company
B2B customers access the ordering platform, built on Magento, to place orders through the system. Once an order is submitted, it is sent to Business Central, where it is processed. Upon acceptance, the system simultaneously generates a production order release and initiates warehouse picking.
The platform supports drop shipments, special orders, and subcontracting orders, ensuring flexibility in fulfillment. Additionally, it enables order distribution across multiple franchise locations while managing consolidated billing for parent companies.
To optimize inventory and production, the system forecasts sales trends and facilitates demand planning for raw materials in the manufacturing process.

Toy Distribution Company
A toy company primarily collaborates with major trade partners, including Walmart and Target, requiring full EDI integration. The system is designed to handle complex EDI mapping for each partner, ensuring seamless connectivity with the order management platform.
Additionally, the company oversees multiple international entities, implementing load-balancing configurations to optimize operations across different regions

Airsoft Distribution Company
The system requires seamless integration with overseas manufacturing suppliers. It generates demand planning based on sales forecasts and delivers forecast data to suppliers via API integration.
Additionally, it manages customer backorders while tracking estimated merchandise arrival times. Customers are handled through the Magento platform, ensuring efficient order processing and management
Power Platform

Refrigerating Field Services
A service industry company has developed a Power App to facilitate customer interactions. Due to unstable internet connectivity in freezing environments, the app is designed with robust offline capabilities.
The system enables users to generate service orders through the Power App, which then triggers the in-house ordering system via Power Automate. Additionally, Power BI provides real-time insights by displaying the current performance of orders and customer needs through a dynamic dashboard.

Food Walk-in Whole Sales
A walk-in food sales market allows customers to place orders directly from the shelves and send them to the warehouse for fulfillment. A Power App is used to trigger orders, which are then sent to Dynamics Business Central for processing.
Once the order is received, Dynamics Business Central generates a pick ticket for the warehouse. As warehouse staff pick the items, order status updates are sent back to the customer via Power Automate.
While the picking process is underway, customers can proceed to the cashier, pay their invoices, and wait for their orders to be fully picked and ready for collection.
Co-Pilots

Senior Health Care Facilities
In the healthcare industry, large volumes of unorganized data must be cleaned and securely stored. Copilot assists in identifying how medical records should be categorized and recommends the appropriate routing for efficient management.
Additionally, Copilot enhances network security by detecting risky user behaviors and monitoring incoming network traffic, ensuring robust data protection

Warehouse Pick Audit
Copilot is used to train image recognition models, enabling the system to detect the precise location of boxes. Based on this detection, it generates an audit sheet, comparing the findings with order details to identify risks such as over-picking or under-picking.
This solution assists warehouse auditors in ensuring inventory accuracy before shipments are finalized, improving efficiency and reducing errors in order fulfillment.
